PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES

Phoenix manufactures a diverse line of products tailored to each of our clients' unique needs from engineering, custom fabrication, tooling, punching, bending, welding and inspection. Our forming ability is intricate. Machine parts exceeds specs and welds are finished well beyond industry standards to ensure the desired aesthetic quality. Phoenix has the capability and tools to develop your concepts into quality products. Phoenix services are most competitive with prototypes, pre-production parts and low to medium volume production runs.

PRECISION MACHINING

Machining is provided with CNC/manual milling and turning equipment run by skilled craftsmen. Our machinists are trained in short-run SPC methods and have been supplied with Grade A machine tools. Phoenix inspection equipment is designed to assure the delivery of the highest possible quality machined parts.

PRECISION SHEET METAL FABRICATION

Phoenix Sheet Metal Fabrication excels in the industry for CNC Punching, forming and finishing of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components and enclosures. Industry finishing capabilities for MIG and TIG welding are compliant with USDA and NSF specifications. Phoenix can also provide operations such as plating, painting, silk-screening, heat treating and third party certifications.

WELDING & GRINDING

Structural integrity and aesthetic quality describe the criteria Phoenix uses when welding and finishing our customers' components. Phoenix can assure consistency regardless of the quantity of parts. Phoenix has considerable MIG and TIG welding capabilities that provide great finishing of aluminum and stainless steel for food, medical grade applications and many more.

CONTRACT ASSEMBLY AND MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING

Contract Assembly and Manufacturing can be provided by Phoenix on a project that requires product variations dictated on a special approach. Phoenix can assist customers by developing manufacturing standards and providing technical manufacturing support. Examples of this include turnkey production of food equipment, automation equipment and subassemblies for OEM applications.
